Ordering

Your Wedding

In the first instance we ask you to send you the image you would like on the label. We will then send you some examples labels to see/alter/choose as you wish. When you are happy with your label we will send you the order form to finalise the colour, centre, flavour and delivery if required. We will ask you to send the deposit which will be held until your favours have been made and we are happy with the quality. Please see below for full details.

Your Label

The first thing to consider is your label. Do you have a photo image in mind? The two of you, the venue, church, black and white or colour (we can change colour to black and white). Send your jpeg or photo image and we will create some examples and send them to you for you to choose or alter as you wish until you are happy. This is often the longest part of the process so it is best to start sooner than later.

If you wish to create your own label that’s great, the largest size should be 9cm by 6cm (including any border). Send it to us and we will check that it will look good on your rock.

Once you are happy with your label we will send you the order form where all the remaining details can be completed.

The Colour

Do you have a colour swatch or pantone reference? You can attach any swatches to the form above and we will use them to match the colour(s) when your rock is made. If you do not have a swatch then you can just tell us what colour or pantone reference that you want. If you are referencing a colour please reference a colour to something we all know. Such as Cadbury Purple, Pillar box red, sky blue deep red wine etc.

The Flavour

It can be pretty much anything. We do find that traditional mint, mixed fruit or strawberry and cream particular favourites. You could have any fruit flavour, butterscotch, liquorish etc. If you have a particular preference then just ask and I will confirm that it can be done.

The Centre

Your names and a heart like on the website? Your names only. If you have a phrase you would like to put in then ask and we'll see if it fits.

Delivery

It can be delivered to your door for £35 (in the UK. If outside the UK please ask for a quote) or you can pick it up from Brighton if you arein the area. The collection point is Brighton Pier where our shops are. If you wish for it to be delivered your rock will either need to be signed for or you can give us special instructions such as ‘please leave in the porch’, ‘go through side gate and leave in designated area’ or If not in call at number **’.

Deposit

To get the order rolling we will ask you to send us the deposit. The deposit is either a cheque or electronic (direct) payment to our bank account. It is for the full amount including delivery. If you wish to pay by cheque we will then hold your cheque until your order is completed and we are happy with the quality. We will get in touch with you to arrange the delivery or collection date.

We will supply our bank details when required.

How long will it take

Start sooner than later. Sometimes the longest part of the process is deciding on the label so the further you plan ahead the better. We can move pretty quickly so please get in touch to discuss your requirement. Wedding favours will keep fresh for over 12 months when stored correctly.

The sooner you start the better. Once we have your label we can turn your rock around quickly (which is lightning quick). We know that sometimes there are last minute requirements. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can plan ahead accordingly.

Your Label

What’s your message?
The first thing to create is your label. Consider your event and then design your label(s). Once you have finished your design send it to us and we will confirm that all is OK. The size of a traditional style label should be no larger than 9cm by 6cm, but as this is your business rock you can design it to whatever size you wish.

Your Colour

Do you have a brand or colour theme? We can match the colour you need.
We can match your colour(s) on the label design, any pantone reference or any other colour as you wish. This way we know that your identity will be perfectly matched.

Your Flavour

Your Centre

You can have what you want. Your company logo, your company name, your message. Anything can be done. Send us your logo, company name or message that should go through the middle and we will confirm how it will look. Colour matches and pantone references will also apply to the centre colours as well as the outside.

Delivery

Delivery in the UK starts at £29.79 ex VAT. Deliveries can be arranged throughout the world. Delivery charges will vary depending upon the quantity and where it is going. We will quote for each order separately.

Payment

We can invoice in the normal manner. However, on your first order we will have to ask you for payment up front.
